    LOCATION: Chennai, Ahmedabad

    DESCRIPTION:The job is to head the Region/boutiques. The responsibilities shouldered would be technical, commercial, financial and administrative in nature.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Develop and execute sales strategy for the assigned market region and thereby increase the revenue generation and market share.
    • Leading the entire team, evolving and implementing systems and processes.
    • Work hand-in-hand with top management in order to develop and implement new plans/ideas that will enhance the operations of the company at large
    • Building an ongoing relationship with clients and new prospects. Interacting with customers, understanding their design requirements, presenting the product and design
    • Interacting and building the brand with architects, interior designers, real estate developers etc.
    • Achieving the set targets by strategizing, planning and motivating the entire team.
    • Liasoning with external agencies to efficiently operate the profit center
    • Reporting to the Zonal Manager of the company.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • You should be a Post-Graduate/Graduate from an institution of repute
    • You should have 4–8 yrs of work experience, of which at least 3 yrs should have been in a managerial position
    • Your communication skills should be excellent, with good command over English and the local language.
    • Your knowledge of the local city should be good
    • You should have a flair for design, excellent people skills and passion to build customer relationship.
    • You should be capable of independently heading your boutique in all respect
    • Interior Design, Architectural, Civil Engineering or MBA background would be an added advantage.
  • Sales Manager

    DESCRIPTION:The job is to assist in the operations of the boutique .The responsibilities shouldered would be effective implementation of technical, commercial, financial and administrative systems and processes designed for the boutique. Responsibilities would include:

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Execute sales strategy for the assigned market region and thereby increase the revenue generation and market share
    • Assist the Regional Manager in evolving and implementing systems and processes.
    • Interacting and building the brand with architects, interior designers, real estate developers etc.
    • Building and maintaining client relationship. Ensuring that effective designs are generated and presented to clients
    • Achieving the set targets by strategizing, planning and motivating the entire team.
    • Liaisoning with external agencies to efficiently operate the profit center Reporting to the Regional Manager of the company.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • You should be a graduate from a reputed institution.
    • You should have 2-4 yrs of work experience, of which at least 2 yrs should have been in a managerial position
    • Your communication skills should be excellent, with good command over English and the local language.
    • Your knowledge of the local city should be good
    • You should have a flair for design, excellent people skills and passion to build customer relationship.
    • You should be capable of taking orders and independently implementing them in your boutique  Interior Design, Architectural or Civil Engineering background would be an added advantage.

    DESCRIPTION:The job is to handle a client’s requirement of Design and Product.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Prospecting new clients
    • Understanding client’s requirement, translating the same into an aesthetically and functionally a smart design.
    • Making & Presenting the designs and quotations to client.
    • Following up with the client and organizing a presentation of the design.
    •  Organizing requisite documentation.
    • Organizing and following up on site installation and supervision.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • You should be a Diploma Holder/Graduate from an institution of repute
    • You should have an Interior Design qualification from a reputed institution.
    • You should have a thorough knowledge of Design Software (AutoCAD, 3DS Max)
    • You should have 3-5 yrs of work experience, under an Interior Designer or Architect.
    • Your communication skills should be excellent, with good command over English and the local language.
    • You should have a flair for design, excellent people skills and passion to build customer relationship.
